Born in 2020 as a pop-up restaurant, from September of the same year Bentoteca became a permanent restaurant that combined fine dining with a convivial and relaxed atmosphere.

Our philosophy is based on total respect for high quality Italian raw materials, transformed using typically Japanese techniques and processes. The aromas and flavors perfectly condense the two souls of chef Tokuyoshi, his Japanese origins and his passion for Italy, in a surprising combination, halfway between East and West.

To complete the experience, a selection of natural wines, and more, capable of amplifying and enhancing the taste of each course.
